Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, the COO will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and playing a crucial role in capital management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Management: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support business growth and long-term objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the company's day-to-day activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Financial Risk Management: Manage financial risk and capital structure, including equity financing, debt management, and cash flow optimization.
  • Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring transparent and regular communication.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate with the executive team to drive overall company strategy and operational decisions.
  • Financial Performance: Oversee the company's financial performance, ensuring sound financial management, resource allocation, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a CFO or COO capacity.
  • Skills: Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making skills; excellent leadership and communication abilities; proficiency in financial systems (e.g., ERP) and experience in digital transformation.
