Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales initiatives for acquiring select Fortune 100 clients through strategic marketing and personal outreach.
- Develop a robust annual sales pipeline exceeding $50 million in consulting, training, and staffing services.
- Identify prospective clients and formulate account acquisition strategies to position Judge as a preferred partner through thorough research and relationship-building.
- Engage with C-Level executives, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Human Resources, and VP/Director-level contacts.
- Maintain expertise in Judge's capabilities, client industries, current market trends, and innovative solutions.
- Oversee the RFP process for pipeline opportunities, requiring adept business proposal writing and creative solution development.
- Represent our brand through in-person presentations, virtual meetings, and online demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize business opportunities.
- Participate in industry conferences to generate leads, foster networking opportunities, and build relationships.
- Enhance and integrate Judge's comprehensive service portfolio within existing accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Strengthen and grow the existing portfolio of select accounts through consistent communication, quarterly reviews, and senior-level client engagements.
- Collaborate personal sales efforts with local Judge offices and regional sales teams.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual SLAs in coordination with regional staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the staffing and consulting industry, with a focus on business development for Fortune 100 accounts.
- Proven track record as a top sales performer, with an annual sales portfolio exceeding $10 million.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies and trends, including AI/ML/RPA, Blockchain, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
- A strong network of qualified buyers is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation capabilities.
- Experience in leveraging social media for marketing, with a notable presence on professional platforms.
