Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to align with corporate objectives and enhance sales performance across North America and Europe.
2. Oversee sales forecasting activities and establish performance benchmarks.
3. Analyze market data to identify customer needs, pricing structures, and discount strategies.
4. Manage staffing, training, and performance assessments to optimize sales programs.
5. Engage with key clients, supporting sales representatives in relationship management and deal negotiations.
6. Monitor and manage division expenditures to adhere to budgetary constraints.
