- Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage and analyze the business development pipeline, ensuring consistent tracking of interactions and outcomes.
- Regularly assess pipeline data to inform strategic decisions and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Provide detailed reports on pipeline status and forecasts to the Managing Partner and leadership team, including metrics on conversion rates and deal sizes.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree from an accredited institution, preferably an MBA.
- Extensive experience in business development leadership, particularly in professional services.
- Passion for establishing and enhancing business development processes.
- Established professional network within the relevant markets.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Strong history of relationship building and leveraging networks for business growth.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and networking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.
