  • Provide detailed reports on pipeline status and forecasts to the Managing Partner and leadership team, including metrics on conversion rates and deal sizes.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree from an accredited institution, preferably an MBA.
  • Extensive experience in business development leadership, particularly in professional services.
  • Passion for establishing and enhancing business development processes.
  • Established professional network within the relevant markets.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong history of relationship building and leveraging networks for business growth.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.
