About the Role

Fuze System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Collection Resolution Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with consumers to resolve outstanding debts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolves consumer debt by communicating with them via phone and email.
  • Maintains accurate records of interactions with consumers.
  • Ensures compliance with FDCPA, FCCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.
