Cargo Claims Resolution Specialist

The Cargo Claims Resolution Specialist will report directly to the Supervisor, Corporate Administration. Key responsibilities include investigating cargo claims, gathering information, communicating with claimants, and resolving claims in accordance with our process.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team. You should be comfortable handling high-stress situations and meeting deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and job-specific software applications
This position comes with an estimated annual salary range of $55,000 - $70,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
