Job Summary

The Regional Float Pool Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. This role requires individuals to adapt to various documentation requirements and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and regulatory standards.
  • Work assigned shifts in multiple program types with unique licensing requirements, settings, and populations.
  • Adapt quickly and work effectively with multiple staff teams and staff functions and roles.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting.
  • Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies.
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
