Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) and/or Certified Behavior Therapist (CBT) to join our team at Family Applied Behavioral Services. As an RBT/CBT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism and related Pervasive Developmental Disorders in a clinic and/or home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients with autism spectrum disorder or other related developmental disabilities, under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Implement treatment plans, collect data, maintain clinical notes, and attend client-related staffing meetings.
  • Follow all procedures in compliance with FABS treatment protocols.
  • Work with individuals who engage in challenging behavior, including aggression, self-injurious behavior, property destruction, elopement, or tantrums.
Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Certified Behavioral Therapy (CBT) certification.
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable source of transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships.
  • Able to work in a variety of environments, including home, community, and clinic settings.
  • Be able to manage high-stress situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience in a position that utilizes ABA.
  • CPR and BLS certification.
  • Washington State CBT certification.
  • Licensed RBT with the BACB.
