The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. This role is responsible for providing direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served.
- Provide direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized service plans.
- Provide education and support to members served and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and recovery strategies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
- Document all interactions with members served, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant information.
- High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting.
- Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies.
- Must have a current Washington Agency Affiliated Counselor certification.
- Paid Time Off: For Full Time Employee it is 16.7 days in your first year.
- Nine Paid Holidays & Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift).
