Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Northwest Resources II, Inc. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and achieve a better quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Conduct mental health assessments and intakes
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a human services or related field
  • Recognized as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) or ability to gain within 30 days of hire
  • Preferred: Hold a current WA state License: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Associate license, Certified Agency Affiliated Counselor (CAAC) or Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor (LAAC) credential
  • Co-occurring credentials and experience is highly desired
