About the Role

Kobelco Construction Machinery is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer network, providing expert product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our dealer network and customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and ride-alongs with dealer salesmen to ensure they are equipped to sell and rent our machinery effectively
  • Analyze and report dealer performance, program effectiveness, and provide guidance to distributors on using all Kobelco programs to all market segments
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings by attending trade shows and conventions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Willingness to relocate to Katy, TX for an 18-month training program, followed by remote work in GA
