Commercial Account Manager HVAC at Johnson Controls Summary:

The Commercial Account Manager HVAC at Johnson Controls is responsible for promoting and selling commercial HVAC equipment and solutions to contractors, while building strong relationships with existing and new customers. This role emphasizes leadership development, strategic marketing, and customer service to drive sales growth and market expansion.

This position requires a proven track record in sales and experience in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and possess a high energy level to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with existing customers to secure new commercial customers and expand growth year-over-year.
  • Discuss products and programs offered by York Factory Direct to gain more share of wallet.
  • Teach and coach customers to utilize program features available to grow their business.
  • Prospect and recruit customers who fit the York partnership profile.
  • Create custom marketing strategies to help customers grow.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • HVAC industry experience required.
  • Minimum 3+ years direct outside sales experience.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Travel required to each customer within aligned market.

Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
