Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Gustave A. Larson Company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships within an assigned territory, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in your assigned territory, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify new sales opportunities and execute national sales programs and initiatives to drive business growth within existing accounts.
  • Dealer Support: Collaborate with dealers to develop and execute regional business growth plans, including scheduling and coordinating dealer support events.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the HVAC/R contracting business, including residential systems and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2 years (or more) of HVAC/R industry experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
