Evoke is currently in search of a Cybersecurity Program Management Analyst to contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to identify their needs and challenges.
  • Deliver comprehensive analysis, evaluation, and recommendations aimed at enhancing client-specific or mission-critical issues.
  • Conduct SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through individual and group interviews to gather insights on current processes and future enhancements, and present actionable recommendations.
  • Create and manage a variety of communication materials, including internal and external communications, talking points, FAQs, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, user guides, and training resources.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of communications.
  • Maintain an organized library of artifacts, such as requirements, workflow diagrams, and plans for design, implementation, and deployment.
  • Prepare briefs and present findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Develop detailed process diagrams illustrating the current ('As Is') and desired ('To Be') states, highlighting outputs, inputs, systems/applications, tools, and relevant subprocesses.

Required Professional Experience and Skills:

  • Proficient in M365 applications, including Visio.
  • Possession of International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) or International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity policy or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience within the Federal Government, particularly with the Department of Homeland Security, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Chief Information Security Officer Divisions or a solid understanding of cybersecurity policies.

Security Clearance:

  • Selected applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and will undergo a government security investigation, meeting the necessary requirements for access to protected information.
