Job Overview

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Program Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting the Cybersecurity Office of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. The primary focus of this position is to act as the principal scheduler for the Integrated Master Schedule of the Cybersecurity Office.

The selected candidate will collaborate with various departments and program leaders to populate and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, ensuring that all project leads are effectively integrated into the project management cycle of the Cybersecurity Office.

Additionally, the Program Analyst will provide weekly updates to the Chief Information Security Officer regarding all cybersecurity initiatives. Other key responsibilities include assisting in the formulation and execution of business process enhancements and aiding in the development, monitoring, and reporting of business process analytics.


Qualifications:
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance and the capability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the development and oversight of business processes and a program-level Integrated Master Schedule.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT business processes, particularly in the realm of Cybersecurity management projects.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, including scheduling complex program tasks across multiple projects.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience utilizing MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of program management principles, especially those related to monitoring program execution.
  • Experience in coordinating activities among multidisciplinary and diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 7 years of equivalent experience in Business Management or a related discipline.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with SharePoint is highly desirable.
