Job Overview

Position: Program Analyst (L3)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Program Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting the Cybersecurity Office at Integrated Intel Solutions. This position focuses on being the primary project scheduler, responsible for managing the Integrated Master Schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead scheduler for the Cybersecurity Office's Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Collaborate with various departments and program leads to ensure the schedule is comprehensive and up-to-date.
  • Provide weekly updates to senior management regarding the status of all cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of business process enhancements.
  • Support the monitoring, tracking, and reporting of business process metrics.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with the capability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in developing and managing business processes and program-level schedules.
  • Proficient understanding of IT business processes, particularly in Cybersecurity management.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in scheduling complex tasks across multiple projects.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience utilizing MS Project.
  • Strong grasp of program management principles, especially in relation to program execution oversight.
  • Experience in coordinating activities among diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management or a related discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with SharePoint is advantageous.
