Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of ten years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least four years performing cybersecurity training.
  • Certifications: PMP, GISP, CISM, CISSP, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance Certification CGRC.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threats, and best practices, with familiarity in frameworks such as the Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST AI RMF, and Cybersecurity Acquisition Lifecycle (Cyber ALF).
  • Tools and Software: Expertise in designing and developing engaging and effective training programs using tools like Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Rush, and KnowBe4, ensuring all content is compliant with SCORM and Section 508 standards.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences, both through formal presentations and informal communication.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives, manage timelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Social Engineering: Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing Social Engineering exercises and other cybersecurity awareness activities, including developing materials for Cybersecurity Awareness Month and other initiatives.
  • Writing and Research: Proficiency in developing and maintaining professionally written training materials, handbooks, and policy updates, ensuring all documentation is clear, grammatically correct, and aligned with federal and departmental cybersecurity standards.
  • Platform Administration: Skilled in administering and maintaining cybersecurity training delivery platforms, including updating SharePoint sites with the latest training artifacts and ensuring all links and resources are functional.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000-160,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% coverage of health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their dependents, paid time off, holidays, matching 401(K), short/long term disability, and parental leave. We also provide up to $5,000 annually for professional development, including reimbursement of job-related training classes, seminars, tuition, and certification expenses.
