Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Searchlogic Recruiting, LLC. This role offers the chance to support the front office with various administrative tasks and provides a pathway for growth within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule mediation and arbitration meetings.
  • Manage email correspondence in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate client contact information.
  • Draft various documents and assist in file management.
  • Provide general organizational support as required.
  • Handle incoming calls and greet guests in a friendly manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred but not required.
