Job Description
Massage Heights - Midtown Houston is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing business strategies, managing daily operations, and driving sales growth. Our ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Retreat Director in managing all aspects of Retreat operations
Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth
Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions
Effectively manage team members to ensure proper execution of daily operations
Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual team member goals and develop plans to meet and exceed goals

Requirements:
At least 3 years of business development, sales, or leadership experience
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and leadership
Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
