Responsibilities

The BDC Representative role at Amazon Autos requires a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Generating sales appointments with customers through inbound and outbound phone contact, text messages, and emails
  • Increasing sales traffic by responding to inbound calls, making outbound sales calls, and following up with leads
  • Responding to customer inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Maintaining a high level of automotive product knowledge
  • Selling a minimum quota according to dealership standards

You will also be responsible for supporting the marketing initiatives of the dealership by relaying promotions by phone and ensuring that store inventory, pictures, and status are updated on a daily basis.
