Job Overview

Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service, Inc. is a market leader in providing fully integrated boiler and burner systems. We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in Houston, TX.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a direct customer-facing position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships within an assigned geographic territory to foster sales of new boiler equipment, auxiliary equipment, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical sales and business development of new and existing customers.
  • Conduct research to support customer requests for quotes and general information solicitation.
  • Develop new business/sales opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Work with management to develop local strategy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years relevant sales experience with commercial and industrial boiler systems.
