Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct nursing care utilizing advanced clinical knowledge and skills to assess, diagnose, and treat health conditions.
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and evaluations, applying a systematic approach to patient care.
  • Formulate differential diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to create effective health plans that address unique circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and legal standards.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements while providing care.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Eligibility for prescriptive authority as per state regulations.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in Indiana or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in relevant specialties.
  • Preferred experience in community health or mental health settings.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
