Minimum Qualifications:
Licensure:
Current RN licensure in the state; CPR certification required within three months of employment.
Experience:
A minimum of five years of direct nursing experience in an acute care environment.
Education:
A Master’s degree in Nursing is mandatory; certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is required.
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
2. Comprehensive understanding of patient care protocols, procedures, and equipment, along with relevant regulations.
3. Strong grasp of management principles to effectively lead nursing staff.
4. In-depth knowledge of patient growth and development across all age groups to tailor individualized care plans.
5. Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities to manage departmental activities, budget planning, and problem-solving.
6. High-level interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
7. Ability to coordinate services through collaboration with healthcare professionals and community organizations.
