Description & Requirements
Maximus is actively seeking dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Representatives to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in assisting Health Texas by delivering exceptional customer service and enrollment assistance through various communication channels including phone, IVR, and online platforms.
To ensure success in this position, Maximus offers comprehensive paid training designed to equip our representatives with extensive knowledge and professionalism.
Please note, these are Full-time, Hybrid/Remote roles, requiring initial equipment training at the office followed by remote training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming inquiries from consumers, including the general public and prospective enrollees, while adhering to all performance standards, policies, and protocols, particularly regarding confidentiality and privacy.
- Document and track all inquiries using the designated systems.
- Complete related tasks following established guidelines.
- Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other performance metrics.
- Facilitate the fulfillment of requests for materials via mail, email, or download.
- Refer consumers to appropriate resources as per guidelines.
- Escalate issues to designated staff for resolution when necessary.
- Provide translation services for non-English speaking callers as required.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to maintain current knowledge of all programs and systems.
Additional Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Candidates must reside within a specified distance from the training location.
- Willingness to attend onsite training for equipment pickup is necessary.
- Ability to complete a comprehensive training program without interruptions.
- Bilingual candidates must demonstrate fluency in both Spanish and English.
Home Office Requirements:
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Incompatible services include mobile hotspots or satellite connections.
- Minimum download speeds of 20 Mbps are required.
- A wired connection is mandatory; Wi-Fi connections are not permitted.
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace is essential.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required, along with 6 months of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in English and a specified secondary language is required.
