Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $26.06/hour.
The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client account relationships, ensuring effective communication and fulfillment of customer needs.
- Review and update vehicle condition reports, approving and auditing repair documentation.
- Conduct vehicle inspections alongside account representatives, recommending enhancements to maximize vehicle value.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicles, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to facilitate vehicle movement and timely reconditioning.
- Collaborate in preparing vehicles for sale, ensuring proper scanning and organization.
- Review the sale lineup, locate missing vehicles, and work with account representatives to ensure readiness for sale.
- Adhere to all safety and health protocols, exemplifying best practices in the workplace.

Qualifications:
Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience that meets the role's requirements. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
Preferred: Experience driving vehicles with both standard and automatic transmissions, along with prior knowledge in vehicle reconditioning and auto body work. Proficiency in computer skills and handheld devices is also preferred.
Work Environment: This role involves outdoor work, with exposure to various weather conditions.
Drug Testing: Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive maintains a drug-free workplace policy.
