Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers via phone
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers to solutions
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately across all platforms
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Aim to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
  • Ability to work within defined operational hours, with flexibility required on weekends and holidays

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain focus on calls throughout your shift with minimal distractions
  • Proficient in technology, capable of managing multiple windows and tabs while providing excellent customer service
  • Typing assessment required
  • Flexible scheduling based on job-related factors
  • Excellent attendance is crucial to support our customers effectively
