We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with customers, offering assistance and resolving inquiries related to our products and services. The ideal candidate will effectively identify customer issues, propose solutions, and ensure follow-up as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls to process orders, respond to inquiries, address complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide non-technical information.
- Deliver accurate product and service information while processing orders, forms, and applications.
- Conduct outbound service calls to potential clients as needed.
- Utilize automated systems to initiate and complete service requests and manage customer inquiries.
- Research information using available resources to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Identify and escalate priority issues and complaints when necessary.
- Follow up on customer interactions as required.
- Maintain call logs and generate reports as needed.
- May assist in training new team members.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in documenting and recording customer information accurately.
- Familiarity with computer applications, including MS Outlook and data entry software.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
