POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at LIBERTY Dental Plan, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to all clients. This includes addressing inquiries related to dental benefits, eligibility, claims, and more. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing over 80 calls daily
- Responding to customer emails within a 24-hour timeframe
- Making outbound calls as necessary
- Accurately documenting customer interactions
- Maintaining a high-quality performance score
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Familiarity with dental terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of a minimum of 40 WPM
