Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, building strong relationships with clients, and managing a portfolio of accounts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Create and grow sales, maintain and exceed sales goals, and communicate client needs to our operations team.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to increase client usage of our services.
  • Field Sales: Make direct sales calls and presentations to clients, educate prospects and clients about our value proposition, and register new clients according to our business plan.
  • Account Management: Collect monies owed to us, hand-deliver invoices to new clients, and attend trade-related association and networking events.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems
