We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at Paradox Insurance Agency. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning and relationship-building
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on our products and services
  • Capture key client data and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven sales and business development experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
  • Possess or obtain within 90 days, a CO state property/casualty insurance license
Estimated Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year
