">$80,000-$120,000 + bonus/commission per year.
">Job Description
">This position will be responsible for developing sales strategy and driving sales growth across all product lines alongside a team of motivated sales individuals.
">The Opportunity:
">This role will focus on identifying customer program requirements through interactive selling techniques and a thorough understanding of SFS capabilities, establishing and developing relationships with key stakeholders at strategic customers, and driving revenue growth by identifying new pursuits and executing pursuit strategy to close new business in line with territory quota.
">Responsibilities include:
">- ">
- Develop capture plans aligned with a customers' mission, technical challenges and CONOPS, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions of Safran Federal Systems' capabilities.">
- Develop accurate sales forecasting models that enable the organization to prioritize resources.">
- Travel within the U.S. required (up to 40%).">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Business, Marketing or Engineering discipline preferred.">
- 5 years of technical sales experience with relevant electronic products. A combination of education and experience will be considered.">
- Prior military experience and/or experience working with DoD industry preferred.">
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance (Secret).">
- Demonstrated track record utilizing superior customer service skills to advance sales capabilities to external customers.">
- Ability to handle complex problems with analytical thinking skills and engage with customers enthusiastically.">
- Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.">
