Sales Development Representative with Insurance Industry Expertise

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Sarah Wright - State Farm Agent. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and presenting insurance solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with our agent to develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing plans, and product promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics to drive growth and improvement.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry or related field.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, quotas, and goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common objectives.
- Property, casualty, life, and health licenses (requires approximately 1 month of study and testing).
- A competitive salary ($45,000 - $60,000 per year) plus commission/bonus structure.
