Position Overview

As a Business Development Associate at Carlos Gonzalez - State Farm Agent, you will have the opportunity to build and develop customer relationships within the community. You will promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

About the Role

This position offers an hourly pay plus commission/bonus compensation package. The salary is estimated to be around $**45,000** per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Establish strong customer relationships and follow up as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
