Senior Construction Cost Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive cost assessments for diverse construction initiatives across multiple sectors.
  • Examine project blueprints, specifications, and related documents to ascertain project needs and scope.
  • Conduct material take-offs and labor evaluations to create thorough cost assessments.
  • Request and assess subcontractor bids and proposals to guarantee competitive pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure precise and complete estimates.
  • Generate and present detailed cost reports and proposals for client evaluation and approval.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated history of producing accurate cost estimates for a range of construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building regulations.
  • Expertise in construction estimating software and proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
