POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Relations Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional customer support to facility members and the general public, particularly regarding the Life Center's services and membership details.
This position aligns with organizational objectives by offering top-notch customer service, engaging in performance enhancement initiatives, and showcasing a dedication to teamwork and collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
A High School diploma is mandatory, with an Associate or Bachelor's degree being advantageous.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: BLS Certification is required within 90 days of hire or transfer. All new hires must obtain BLS certification as per the latest requirements.
EXPERIENCE:
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Exhibits the competencies as defined in the Assessment and Evaluation Tool for this role.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
There is a potential risk of exposure to the hazards associated with the healthcare environment, including infectious diseases and hazardous materials. This position necessitates frequent walking and standing, with occasional lifting of items weighing up to 20 lbs.
