Functional Family Therapy (FFT) is a research-supported family intervention program tailored for youth aged 11-18 facing behavioral and relational challenges at home and in their communities. FFT effectively addresses a variety of behavioral and emotional issues, including symptoms of conduct disorders and oppositional defiance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to engaging families within their community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver in-home therapeutic interventions to families utilizing an evidence-based clinical framework.
  • Ensure culturally sensitive care for the client population.
  • Work collaboratively with system partners as necessary, continuously evaluating client needs and adapting services accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant mental health field.
  • Strong clinical skills and a willingness to expand knowledge.
  • Motivation and interpersonal skills to foster healthy relationships with clients and partners.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with children and adolescents.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
