Air Traffic Engineering Co LLC dba ATEC is seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our Remote Monitoring and Logging System (RMLS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize the hardware and software environment for RMLS
  • Develop and implement test processes and procedures
  • Produce technical reports and documentation
  • Provide second-level engineering support for RMLS applications
  • Identify and document defects, bugs, and inconsistencies
  • Interpret and analyze complex information systems data
  • Attend technical meetings and design reviews
  • Create and update related documentation
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required and six (6) years of related experience
  • Associate's Degree in a related field will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field will be accepted in lieu of four (4) years of experience
  • US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US
Work Environment

The Technical Specialist will be located at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center and will work full-time with standard work hours.
