Description:
The Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of gas and electric services to both residential and commercial clients. This position requires a solid understanding of Gas and Electric Distribution Systems, emphasizing customer interaction and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between Tech Providers and our clients, overseeing the coordination of services among customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Assess customer and system demands, keep clients informed about project progress, generate tasks for various departments, provide cost assessments, identify necessary permits, and schedule work orders.
- Conduct project scoping, evaluate distribution design requirements, and analyze their impact on the distribution system to facilitate the preparation of work orders.
- Coordinate essential prerequisites for the successful execution of distribution projects, demonstrating creativity in applying standard procedures.
- Fieldwork may be necessary to meet with clients on-site. A valid driver's license is required. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills to assess complex issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining organization.
- Understanding the implications of actions and procedures across various systems.
- Exhibit leadership qualities, strong teamwork, and the capability to work independently on complex assignments.
- Proficient in computer-assisted drafting (CAD) and other relevant software such as SAP to fulfill customer requests and adhere to internal quality standards.
- Effectively manage project timelines, organizing and prioritizing work assignments in response to service requests.
- Strong computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office) and analytical capabilities.
Education:
- A 2-year associate degree in a relevant scientific or technical field (48 scientific or technical credit hours) or completion of two years of college coursework (60 credits) towards a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
