About the Role

Harrison Gray Search is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Client Associate to join our team in Naples, FL. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client/Financial Professional Team Duties
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
    • Communicate effectively with clients to service their account requests and concerns
    • Plan and arrange client meetings to discuss financial plans and strategies
    • Document and execute money moves, including trades, deposits, and withdrawals
    • Assist with new account openings and maintain contact with new clients to verify account information
    • Service advisory accounts and maintain working relationships with other business functions
    • Research client portfolios and remain knowledgeable about financial markets
    • Determine client needs through service to initiate opportunities for Financial Professionals
    • Maintain open communication with assigned Financial Professionals to discuss financial opportunities and develop client financial plans
  • Office Administrative
    • Maintain and organize client files, including documentation of client interactions
    • Utilize DocuSign and DocuPace for form signature, distribution, and documentation
    • Contribute to the upkeep and image of the branch brand
    • Greet clients, stock kitchens, and maintain cleanliness
    • Provide administrative support to assigned Financial Professionals and Branch Manager as needed
  • Other
    • Take initiative in career growth by enrolling in Google Classroom courses and provided development opportunities
    • Compile monthly reports for assigned client/financial professional teams
    • Submit monthly expense reports to provide accurate P&L data
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in financial services
  • Associate Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Series 7 and 66 (63/65) licensed
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Competent using Concur, RBC, AOS, RedOak, RedTail
  • Comfortable taking initiative and being part of a team
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and lift at least 10 pounds
Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Compensation
  • Salary commensurate with experience: $55,000 - $70,000
  • Additional compensation of up to $10,000 per year
