About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Sales and Brand Growth Department as a Catering Coordinator. This role will play a key part in supporting our community through catering and marketing events, as well as in-store connection and fundraising events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare for various events, including catering and marketing initiatives
  • Interact and connect with guests, ensuring a positive experience
  • Support day-to-day operations and guests on site
  • Meet and speak with people on a regular basis, requiring excellent communication skills
  • Multi-task and adhere to timelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and Saturdays
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
