About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to every member and first-time guest, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lead funnel by following up with prospects, booking their first class, and providing an exceptional first-time guest experience.
  • Provide membership details based on Group Fitness Coaches' prescription and answer member questions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain brand compliance by following all OTF systems and procedures, keeping the front desk organized, and prioritizing tasks as necessary.
  • Welcome members by name, take accurate class attendance, and create memorable member moments daily.
  • Stay informed on all studio happenings, including current promotions, fitness challenges, out-of-studio events, and corporate initiatives.
Requirements
  • 4 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working with new technology, smartphones, and computers.
  • Possess a growth mindset, a passion for helping others, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage member questions or concerns.
