Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as a Desktop Support Specialist in Grand Prairie, Texas. As a key member of our Virtual Service Operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch workstation software break-fix support, IMAC services, image loads, asset recovery, and printer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide workstation software break-fix support to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform IMAC services, including PC installs, moves, adds, and changes
  • Load images and manage asset recovery
  • Provide printer support and maintain client center (tech bar) operations
  • Stay up-to-date with IT service management updates and perform other client support duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in desktop support is desired, but training will be provided for entry-level new hires
  • Knowledge of PC imaging and experience with change management and incident management
  • Proficiency in using tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Dell Technician
  • Expertise in inventory control
