Job Summary:

Ongoing, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Director of Sales to join our team at OTO Development. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer and other office equipment.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel required, with occasional trips to meet with customers and partners.
