- Product Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with business goals and meets customer requirements. Ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and threats. Use this information to inform product decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a unified and coordinated approach to product development and launch.
- Customer Focus: Champion customer-centric product development, gather customer feedback, and incorporate insights into product enhancements. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring products meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate product strategies, features, and benefits to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. Act as a spokesperson for Commscope Security Products.
- Bachelor's degree in technology/engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and network security – Zero Trust, SASE, Policy Management, Security Analytics, NAC.
- Experience with AI and machine learning for network security and user behavior analytics.
- Experience in taking a cloud product through security certifications (StateRAMP, FedRAMP, SOC 2 and others) is desired.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with teams across multiple geographies.
The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $230,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
