BRANCH OPERATIONS LEADER

Job Overview

The Branch Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of the All Ways Caring HomeCare branch. This role involves directing all facets of branch sales and service delivery to achieve and surpass financial objectives, including sales, fees, gross profit, and overall contribution. The leader will cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients and community business leaders, as well as local and corporate management, while maintaining a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Administration and Financial Oversight - Lead initiatives for Quality Management Systems; proactively identify and evaluate potential risks and costs related to workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, extended payment terms, and bad debt. Analyze monthly financial reports for the branch and implement strategies to enhance profitability; manage operating expenses (profit and loss responsibility) to maximize contributions; develop and execute the branch's annual business strategy.

Service Excellence Management - Ensure that every client receives exemplary service to optimize utilization. Maintain robust and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients. Manage on-call responsibilities as necessary.

Sales and Marketing Strategy -
* Oversee and analyze sales and service processes, including managing assigned territories, conducting recruitment and sourcing sales campaigns, identifying leads, setting appointments, and creating proposals and pricing models that align with established guidelines.
* Participate in personal care sales initiatives, utilizing tools that support our Sales Philosophy & Roadmap, while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of personal care services and products.
* Ensure sales targets are met with an appropriate mix of industries and service lines; lead branch participation in HomeCare sales programs and maintain awareness of competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
* Execute the branch's annual business plan.

Talent Development - Select, train, and develop staff; monitor and supervise team performance, including setting expectations, coaching, and recognizing achievements. Foster a positive leadership environment and cultivate initiatives that enhance team performance.


Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required.
  • 1+ years of sales or marketing experience in a healthcare or related setting preferred.
  • Experience in managing systems, processes, and personnel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to develop and nurture business relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address client and employee concerns.
  • Flexibility to work hours as needed to support business operations.
  • Preferred BS Degree in business, nursing, social services, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
