Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Staff Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure that staff are equipped to deliver excellent service.
  • Financial Management: Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, to ensure that we maintain a strong financial position.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks, developing strategies to mitigate them and ensure that we maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or related setting.
  • 1+ years of sales or marketing experience in a healthcare or related setting.
  • Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and orally with all levels of personnel internal and external.
  • Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle client and employee issues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and after hours as needed to support business needs.
  • BS Degree preferred (business, nursing, social services or related field of study) but not required with equivalent experience.
