Job Overview

The BDC Operations Leader plays a crucial role in shaping the internet business development strategies at Midwestern Auto Group (MAG). This position is pivotal in driving the generation of appointments and quotes through proactive outreach and lead management. The leader will enhance the vehicle purchasing journey for customers by providing insightful recommendations and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding product details, vehicle selection, and financing alternatives.
  • Oversee the scheduling of appointments between potential buyers and sales consultants.
  • Develop and implement metrics to evaluate and enhance business development operations and services.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
  • Forecast and meet business development targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and referrals.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Service Managers to innovate and improve dealership services and profitability.
  • Manage all lead generation efforts, including incoming internet sales and service inquiries.
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to maintain positive collaborative relationships.
  • Ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction and net promoter score targets.

  • Experience in managing dealership business development operations with a track record of success.
