We are seeking a skilled and committed professional to join our team as a Senior Construction Supervisor in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising teams, managing financials, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and coordinating project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Directing all facets of multi-family construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
2. Managing on-site construction operations to guarantee projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
3. Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to achieve project objectives.
4. Overseeing project budgets and contracts, including negotiating terms and managing modifications.
5. Establishing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure construction projects fulfill or surpass client expectations.
6. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all construction activities.
7. Addressing any on-site challenges or disputes promptly and professionally.
8. Providing regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and forecasts.
9. Continuously enhancing construction processes and practices to improve efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a construction supervisor, particularly in multi-family projects.

4. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating teams to meet project goals.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
7. Proficient in construction management software and technology, utilizing these tools to enhance project efficiency and quality.
8. A strong commitment to health and safety, with a proven history of ensuring compliance on construction sites.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
10. Certifications in construction management, project management, or a related field are beneficial.
