Business Development Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Leader to join our team at BHHS Carolinas Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with business leaders and driving business expansion in the Charlotte, NC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop relationships with business leaders to increase opportunities for business
  • Partner with economic development organizations to support corporate relocations
  • Deliver presentations to company stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Ensure a seamless experience for corporate clients and relocating employees
  • Organize databases, manage correspondence, and provide reports
  • May oversee other relocation staff members and serve as a backup to other team members as needed
  • Manage complex projects and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and sales or business experience
  • Four years of business experience
  • Previous real estate or relocation industry experience is a plus
  • Experience working with decision-makers, corporate clients, and business partners is a plus
