Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate at John Sutton State Farm, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Sales and Customer Engagement: Interacting with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommending tailored insurance and financial products that align with their specific requirements.
  2. Lead Development: Proactively pursuing new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
  3. Consultative Approach: Conducting in-depth consultations with clients, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and accessible manner.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing ongoing support.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborating closely with our team to achieve individual and collective sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications:

To thrive in this position, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a desire to excel.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding service and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
  • Goal-Driven: A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Insurance Knowledge: While not required, familiarity with insurance products and industry standards will be advantageous.
  • Bilingual Spanish: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Monday to Wednesday 9 AM - 6 PM, Thursday 10:30 AM - 6 PM, Friday 9 AM - 5:30 PM
